you have a outlet blockage. Either the outlet hose at the back of the machine is twisted or pinched or the front filter is blocked. The filter is at the front of the machine behind a little plastic door. When opened you will see two round plastic drainers 1 big and 1 small. Take out the small one first and pull the thing towards you. there will be a rubber hose attached to the back of the small round cap. use this to drain your machine into a receptacle such as an oven tray. Keep your eye on it as the tray will need emptying a few times. When finished undo the large the large cap. As you draw it towards you you will see a filter attached to the back of the large cap. clean out and replace. Replace small cap on hose and push back in. This should solve your outlet problems.
