How can i fix my Krops nesresso maker?

I have a Krups Nespresso maker model XN2000, When i press the power button it takes ages for it to work sometimes upto 10 minutes, Any suggestions?

My Krups espresso machine quit steaming and now water wont come at all and just clicks how do I fix this?

I would try running vinegar through it to remove any particles that are getting in the way.
