We have followed everything the information booklet tells us but F 1 appears with a symbol looks like lightening. Boiler starts to fires up then the boiler switches itself off. We can see a flame but it looks as if the gas is struggling to light.
could be faulty gas supply, gas valve, ignition, flame detection or pcb. best to get an engineer in to diagnose and repair. cheaper in the long run than hitting and hoping.
