What does error E3 mean on my Kenwood KDW243A dishwasher mean?

Hi there,

The dishwasher stops, I think before it reaches the rinse cycle. E3 is the error code displayed. The manual is not very helpful so I am hoping someone out there will be!

Any tips on how I can fix this?
