Is it just one or two specific emails or everything?

I have a feeling it will be one or two and that these will be marketing emails, order acknowledgements or something similar from companies, rather than private emails.

im using a pc with internet explorer ,thanks

Todays, all but a very few, oddball, email client are html capable. All web-mail is html capable as they are accessed using a web browser that are, by definition, html viewers.

You don't tell what you use to view your e-mails.

Hotmail isn't an application. It's a web based service that displays in your browser of choice using HTML.

So: what are you actually using to send and receive mail?
Is it a PC with Internet Explorer or Firefox or Google Chrome, etc?
Is it an application in a phone?

all browsers are html compatible
just make sure you are using the latest version of whatever you are using
suggest you install ie8 and use the default settings
if you are on a mac use safari

What email application are you using?
