Triton 2 Rapide?

I need some help My triton 2 rapide shower has been working fine but last night it stopped working. No hot water and would not turn off even buy turning the power off in the end I open it up and turn the water off to the unit any idea what is wrong with the unit ?

Yes had to take off the cover and turn the water off

so your saying when you turned it off the water kept flowing and you had to isolate the water ?
