Redring 500 expression Water not heating?

We have a Redring expression 500 power shower that is now sitting when switched on with only on button light showing water is not heating staying cold constantly? What could be wrong?

500 is not a power shower its only an electric shower.
check the tco has power and continuity.

if you can't give an answer whats the point in answering ?
