How do i get rid of the launch button on my ADVENT notebok?

I have purchased a ADVENT notebook, and have no clue how to get rid of the launch button on the top center of the screen can anyone help me?

try right clicking on it , and if you can find settings or options" cilck on them , and see if you can set it not to start up at (start up )
