Item: Creative Zen Micro
When i plug my heaphones in i can only hear the music if i pull up slightly/adjust the cord and then keep holding it up. So I think there is a problem with the plug-in bit in the player. I have tried using many different headphones and all of them have produced the same output quality (what i have said above) so i know its not a problem with the headphones. I cannot send it back because it is past it's warranty! Can anyone help?

Sounds like the female 1/8" input jack is faulty. Try finding an electronic repair shop in your area and ask them to replace it.
