hitachi hdc-1095e . I am buying expencieve battries for my camera, after about 6 photos, it comes up batterie low, elp.

Hi, Just to say I don't get one image on new batteries! It says full charge, then press shutter and suddenly low battery! I guess that means the camera is shot, it is only five months old! Any ideas anyone? Would I buy hitachi again? Yeah right!
