Painting a deck!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I was in the process of painting my deck. I followed all the instructions. Sanded old paint off, primed it twice and let dry for five days. Then I began painting the deck with paint that is only for decks. I only put one coat on and then let it dry. Two days later it rained and now the paint has bubbled up. Now what do I do? All this work and this is what happened.

Thanks

First question is ....was the decking free of moisture before you applied it. In my time paint for decking is never a good thing. Your better off just using a stain on decking. After awhile the paint will start chipping and flaking. Now a method i use for solid wood floors if clients want colour added to there floor is.......mix acolour that you want with water then apply to the wood then after it has thoroughly dried then add varnish .....yacht varnish is ideal. But do bear in my mind if you colour the wood you will be stuck with it in the future as it soaks into the wood. So try a sample spot which cant be seen.
