I have an Ideal Mini C46 boiler which has no pressure and will not fire up, there are 3 taps - 2 on the copper piping underneath the boiler (one blue and one yellow) and a black tap on a flexible pipe which appears to be on a loop...I do not know which one to use to try to bring up the pressure and I do not know which way to turn it etc.

blue is cold water inlet yellow is gas black is for filling system it should at the moment be at right angles to the pipe it is on turn it (usually anti clockwise ) to fill system and then back again
