My parents have a Toshiba TV not flat screen but grey box, and its stuck in demo mode. Some writing comes up on the screen and then it goes through all the different categories in the menu. None of the buttons on the remote or the TV will work. I tried holding down the demo button but that did not work. Any suggestions???
