panasonic tx-w28r4dp?

hi i have a panasonic tx-w28r4dp when i switch it on it makes a clicking noise for about 7 sec then goes off can i fix this myself thanks

Usually, due to failure of transistor Q551; 2SD1577LB.
In which case it's a simple repair.

You'll need a TV engineer to replace it, expect to pay around
£40 - £60.
