I have a mouse with a Scroll Wheel. (Trust 270KD.) Sometimes when I'm using Internet Explorer the wheel stops being able to control the Scroll Bar. Most of the time it works perfectly, but just occasionally it stops working.

download and install the mouse driver from Microsoft and select the type of mouse that mose resembles yours. (2button with scroll, or 3 button with scroll etc)

then goto the control pannel and configure the mouse for internet explorer
