The toggle wheel for rewind/forward has stopped working.

Any chance it can be repaired? I hate to put it in the landfill, given that the rest of the device works well.

I had that happen to me once. The inside part of the wheel had somehow snapped out of place. Opening it up and snapping it back fixed it. Be careful if you do this, because the play and volume buttons can easily fall out. Be gentle!
