V23 failed to load automatically over past three nights so this morning I tried to get it to load by selecting the 'load automatically' option. Humax reported that V23 had been found, so I opted to install. The 'loading software' panel appeared, but after two or three minutes displayed the message 'Error. error code E-OS' with 0% downloaded. Can anyone suggest how to get round this little setback? Any help received with thanks
