How can I fix my baxi combi 105e?

My son ran the bath last night, after turning it off we went to turn the basin tap on an nothing. We tried all the hot water taps in the house and nothing - no water at all. We have replaced the diaphragm and the flow regulator but no success still no water. Could it be something to do with the pcb board? Please help.

does the boiler work in heating only mode? if so do you get hot water when it is in this mode, start here and then work through and determine what isnt happening to prevent your hot water

If you are getting no water at all to the taps it has nothing to do with the pcb on your boiler as the water just passes through the heat exchanger. The probem is something is preventimg water passing through your boiler. Try turning off the valve on the cold water inlet then loosen the connecting nut slightly on the boiler side then open cold valve slightly to see if any water is getting passed the valve first of all as it has a filter on it which may be blocked
