I have a Samsung/napster yp-910 mp3 player. It was not working good so i had to format it now when i run the support utiltiy program it doesn not read it even though my computer itself does. What i was wondering is if there is anyone out there that will copy and send me the files that are in there. i dont want the utility program just the files that go in there.
