heating?

have just moved house, the boiler is britony combi 80 boiler.have not tried heating as the pressure guage is reading zero.how easy is to attach filling loop and fill system.

should already have one. Look under boiler for 2 chrome taps-one on the cold main and one on the flow or return pipe from the boiler-the loop consists of a flexible connection that you put between these taps to fill the system. Fill the system to the recommended pressure-usally 1-1.25 bar but check with manufacturers instructions. Then switch off loop and remove-Some boilers have an in built loop-check instructions if this boiler is one of these-in all cases be careful and if in doubt- do nowt!
