hi i have a hansa ronda sink mixer tap- dual spray retracable, it is leaking & i want to replace the ceramic washer. I have taken the grub screw out but i still canot lift the handle off the tap to get to the washer.can you please advise me of how to take the handle off. mind you i:m not complaining I.ve had it for thirty yrs, can you help mr please. fred.
