Window/door PVC external weather seals have deterioted ?

My wooden window & door weather seals have deteriorated allowing draughts. Existing "C" section PVC seals are slotted in perimeter slot around edges of hinged windows and door frames.
Who can supply the same style or similar seals off the shelf?
