my beko machine seems really loud when on a cycle also water seems to still be in drum when its on a spin, which cycle does the machine need to be set to when resetting with the start pause button? i have tried holding start button for 5 mins but still the same. any help appreciated.

hold start button pressed whilst swithing the machine on
now press the start button and each press will perform a function
