What is wrong with my intellifax 1270?
When trying to send a fax or make copies, all that appears is a black page. Not sure what's wrong with this machine. Does anyone know what the solution might be? I'm not sure how long this has been going on, however, I can receive faxes, but apparently when I send them, all the recipient gets is a black page....same goes for when I try to make copies from this machine. Can anyone help, please? Brother Intellifax 1270.
