rwb 200?

I have moved into a house with the above programer and notice that although I can move the switch to
control the hot water alone, I cannot move the Central Heating switch on its own, I can only have the
heating switch along with the hot water, which means that I cannot have the heating on indepently. Is there any way I can just have the heating on without the hot water?

Depends if the system is wired in that way.
ie: If the system is gravity, definitely not.
If the system is fully pumped, check for a wire in terminal one on the back panel, if there is one, it's possibly wired for independent heating. On the back of the clock there is a 1/4 turn plastic screw that will allow the sliders to work independently.

TURN OFF the electric BEFORE attempting anything, work safely!
