How do you empty system? How come radiators are half hot and cold, how can solve this? Is there any manuals for this system? Where can get hold of it ?

What type of boiler is the sd620f , I have one in my flat and it is boxed in, I think the vent must be in the loft space and then goes out.
Does that mean there is a tank and pump up there as well?
My shower has never been hot, and I have to reduce the flow rate to have a warmish shower, with not much power, what is the problem?

old boiler. no draincock on it, should be one on system, if not buy a washing machine self cutting tap and fit
rads if hot at bottom cold at top = air (bled)
rads if hot at top cold at bottom = circulation problems. pump-sludge-divertor valve part jammed
