I have a Promaz HE Plus boiler heating my house. I woke up one morning to find that the boiler hadn't fired. It has a panel separate from the boiler where you set the timers etc. This normally has an orange backlight but the display is dark, it does still have power however as the display still shows a clock and all the other bits. The reset button on the boiler won't work. I have had someone look at the boiler but they are saying that the boiler just doesn't have power to it. He suggested that it may be a pump or cabling elsewhere thats failed. Can a pump fail and stop power going to the boiler? Anyone had anything like this?
