Hot water and heating working but only at low demand?

Im just wondering can you help my boiler is 21months old and Im being told the warranty is invalid because worcester didn't carry out the first service, Anyway the boiler will work on very low demand but if it needs to kick up for say a bath full of hot water after 5mins it goes to lock out I can reset and go through the whole process again. Hope you can help.

could be faulty h/water stat or h/water heat exchanger needs cleaning could also try giving Trading Standards Office a ring. If the service clause wasn't included in any of the brochures etc. you saw before the boiler was fitted but only in the commissioning instructions it may be invalid and the boiler is still under warrenty . The same applies if the plumber who fitted it didn't tell you until after he fitted it. When you buy any goods with restrictive clauses that limit your personal choice it may become an "enforced contract" in which case the supplier must be completely up front and transparent that that is what you're agreeing to before the sale and not after.
