I have a Sony 32" Trinitron WEGA flat TV model#KV-32FS16. When i go to turn the tv on, it doesnt turned on. the screen stays off, i hear the tv clicking trying to turn on, but it doenst, there is a bleeping sound like a bird sound coming from the inside of TV, than the tv clicks off, the bleeping noise stops and the standby red light stays flashing. What could the problem might be?

Edgar, if you watch the led, I suspect that you'll notice the led flashes a number of times, stops and then repeats the sequence. This is whatthe engineers will use to diagnose the fault. You may be able to use this to your advantage and narrow down your search on the internet, or give someone on here more of a chance to advise.
I suspect it is going to be a capcitor on one of the boards.
