How do I get a full picture on my Panasonic TX-L32X10B4 TV ?

I have a Panasonic TX-L32X10BA TV and whatever option I choose under the "Aspects" menu, I cannot get a full picture - the picture is cut off slightly on both sides of the screen. What can I do to get a full picture?
