the pilot light goes out after only 10 minutes of being on, but some of the lights stay on, then after a while it sometimes starts up again

When you say the pilot light do you mean the boiler fires up runs for 10mins then shuts down ? Which lights are shown on the display ? Does the fan stop running ?
