I took mine apart to follow the instructions as posted in getting the top off so I could soak the inside and top with vinegar. It was leaking fluid from the bottom seam so I tried to open and reclose it. I was not able to take the bottom off as it has 3 screws; 2 are regular screws but the third requires a special tool. I soaked out the inside, and yes, it was junkie and filled with crusty, jelly like material.

NOW I CAN'T GET THIS BACK TOGETHER! I have the instruction manual and it says ProSteam Products. I know Scunci is not available. Can anyone help me put the parts back on and get the bottom back together? Otherwise, I'm throwing this out in the trash!
