Hi, mine was freezing after a few minutes. I tried to fix problem by unplugging at wall and then holding power button n box for 5 seconds to revert box as I was instructed to do so in manual. At first it seemed as though this had worked but then the problem persisted. The box kept freezing after a few minutes.
I then rescanned the box and updated the freeview tv guide from 14 days to the new 8 day guide and now the problems have stopped. I think that all you may need to do is update it. Hope this works.....
