Do i use scrim around a repaired hole in artex ceiling ?
I have replaced a piece of plasterboard in a hole i made in my artexed ceiling. It is screwed in place but:-
1:- do i need to put scrim tape around the edge? If so.....
2:- do i need to sand down, an inch or two of artex (or remove it)on existing ceiling around the edge of repaired hole so i can add the tape and then add artex so it will not stand out too far
