I have read some of the posts relating to this problem. Is there anyway to avoid losing my recorded programmes. My screen froze last week and the only way I could reset the machine was to pull the plug at the mains. I lost all recorded programmes! It has once again frozen and I do not want, if possible to lose the new recorded stuff. Can anyone help me please?

A lesser risk is to remove the aerial. There is still a risk of damage but far less so. When this works it takes less than a minute to regain control.
Should the aerial output of the 9200T be connected to other PVRs/TVs/STBs then make sure they are switched off when you disconect the aerial and when you connect it again.

To reduce the frequency of freezing make sure that the software is the latest version (1.00.23).
