How can I fix my portable dual voltage rowenta steamer? It heats up but the steamer does not project steam.

I would like to have my iron repaired. It was accidentally dropped and now no steam will come out. It s till heats and i can use it, but I miss the fabulous steam part of the iron. Can you give me an estimate as to the cost? Where do I send or take it?
Model DX 1900 manufacture date is 28/o8
