baxi105e boiler (instant). Problem with hot water?

baxi105e instant. When my hot tap is turned on the boiler fires up but when it is left running the boiler automatically turns itself on and off every few seconds. Can anyone advise me what is creating the problem?

Have replaced the DHW tempreture sensor. This has not cured the problem and the boiler is still turning itself on and off when the tap is running. Any further suggestions.
