Can't get my television off VIDEO 1
My remote can't interface with the Sanyo colour television and the electronic eye is not on.
I replaced the batteries in the remote. I also manually pushed 'menu' (television) with no luck. It scrolls from channel to channel with a black screen saying to click menu to get rid of the black inset screen, even though i have it on manual.Sanyo Model DS27820
