sounds like you have changed a bulb rec,and fitted one or two with a higher wattage,this will overload the trannie,and cause it to overheat so it will switch off till the toc cools down,check your bulb wattage

guess you have 1 transformer for 3 lights, change it. usually you install 1 transformer per light ( so you only lose 1 light at a time)
