Why will my computer will not turn on?

My computer will not turn on and there is nothing that i know of to fix this. Is there a way i can fix this?

Is it plugged in?
Is it through a power bar? Is the power bar switch on?
Is your monitor plugged in?
Is it turned on?
Is it connected to the computer?
If you try to use a power button on the keyboard, is the keyboard properly connected to the computer?
