It's probably a blocked drain hose pipe or filter. The filter is in the back, bottom of the machine, and it fairly easy to clean. Look for the black pupe connected to the pump, it's in the drum end of that. MAKE SURE ITS OFF AND UNPLUGGED BEFORE REMOVING BACK COVER
