chipped tiles?

i have just put up a new shower rail. Everything was going fine until....i tightened the last screw - and tightened too much. The surface of the tile just beneath the screw flicked off. My Question. Is there anything i can do to repair the surface - the chipped area is about 5mm - paint or other product that will do the trick - i am a novice at this sort of thing. Many many thanks

Depending on the colour of the tile you can use a bath enamel repair paint, available from B&Q or Home Depot
