lights keep blowing?

Three shades with bulbs. The bulb doesn't blow but shorts out through one shade with or without bulb in and shorts out other connected light on same circuit when switch at wall is turned on.. Circuit breaker goes off.

more than likley the wireing to the bulb holders is damaged, this means. the fitting has to be taken apart and wireing checked , to confirm it is the fitting disconect it[makeing a note of how it is wired and makeing sure live cables are safe] then try the light if it does not put circuit breaker off then you know it is the fitting

It is a small price to pay to have everything replaced when the alternative is having faulty electrical equipment - it would seem to me that if you have not been able to sort it then professional help is needed.

From what you have described the fittings, or 'shades' are faulty and would need to be replaced.
