after digital changeover?

I have an alba freeview box dv3 and following changeover I retuned it - however after successfully loading all channels - some of the BBC channel drop out including bbc2 bbcnews cbbc etc - any thoughts on this

Check your antenna (aerial) alignmnet.

BTW, it isn't DV3 and it isn't a Model Type. It's a stylised DVB (Digital Video Broadcasting) Logo.
