I got an e-mail it would not open so I tried to download it onto my desktop. Now I have a big black space on my desktop and I cannot get rid of it. Please help!
sounds like a virus... i would re-install the op sys... not repair. and don't use the files and setting wizard to try to save your info.... all could very well be lost (settings) because the virus could move with th e files and settings wizard to your new, freshly installed op-sys
