Pump for AEG Lavamat 971?

The pump on my Lavanat 971 has died :-( How do I get at it? From the front of the machine? Rear? Bottom?

The pump is "fitted" pushed into rubber grommets and will simply pull out. Get at it from the back and you can see what you have to get at. I can't recal how the wiring is fitted so it is proberbly just a plug in /out job. I have had mine out several times as it tends to run dry.. A good lubrication and it runs nicely once more.

Of course if the pump doesnot work you may find you have a lot of water left in the hose, so do be ready for a flood

tilt the machine back and follow the drain hose, you cant go wrong, unplug the machine before doing any work,
