Machine comes on but no buttons work?

I have an hitachi mcb30 The machine comes on when plugging in then it goes into what seems to be a self check and gets stuck The lights on panal are the number 200 also microwave convection oven grill auto lights and a g next to the 200 I used to repair commercial microwaves Can anyone help please
