the red light comes on for a short period only then off
i am not able to listen to any music at all ,i only got this two days ago. its a reddmango angora mr118

So it's only two days old, and it doesn't work. You don't really need telling what to do you, do you? or maybe you do. Go on then, I'll tell you what you should do, though, I would have thought that might have worked this out for yourself, take it back and get it replaced, simples.
