brother g3 printer error?

I have a Brother G3 in my office. Last night it was printnig fine, but this morning i can't print anything. I get an error message, it states that the printer is not activated. What can I do to fix this??

i have checked. everything else that is plugged in where it is works. I can still recieve faxes, just can't print from the computer. there error message comes on says "printer not activated error code-30"

First - have you checked that the printer has a power supply? Fuse in plug is ok?
I assume that the error message is showing on your computer.
