put the charger on orange lights up for about one minute,then nothing light goes off and still no power

There is an internal fuse, probably gone, Do not attemt if not sure, as you will end up with load of junk, very fiddly to take apart, even worse getting back together. It does not look like a fuse, but it is marked, F* Meter out, if blown replace, or a lot just short it out. Better to replace.
